1. It wont happen. Haniya and Gab are the stable relationship in starmaker, it wont have a steal route.

While some things will be fleshed out, do notice a couple of things. Anna is no saint, she had a "no touching" deal, but her intentions were always to let out her slutty side and was interested in mc. She wanting to get the cock picture is not because mc is "big", is because she wants to keep pushing him into doing her and is looking for an excuse, while also wants more views; him being big is a plus to her. Btw she does know how big mc is afterwards which she mentions to Charlotte on mondays(is just not directly said)
While a dialog to say "we are going away for the weekend" could be implemented, is not really a big thing, but we shall see.
And lastly, yes, there are some events out of place which will be reviewed after completion or fixed little by little which each installment.

Yes, I acknowledge Annas nature but I hope there still will be some fleshing out of some logical inconsistencies or have some of the motives "on screen" instead of implied. Keep in mind if its Anna who wants it she should be the one to grope first, but right now MC is the aggressor. I believe doing all the mentioned things in the shower scene, a kiss maybe also, is the easiest way to address it all with just a few extra CGs and lines of dialogue. I would prefer a more elaborate approach with multiple scenes (I believe this first major taboo break and the very end "breeding" to be the crucial points in Annas plotline) but I do have the devs resources in mind.

Idea - This can be resolved with features that work their way into end game as well. One example that comes to mind is a "Hands of God" trait where the MC gets to learn to massage. It starts off with Anna having a bad back or something, so he offers to give her a rub. She tells him he is OK but could do with a little work. He then goes off to learn how to massage (This could be a new area like the gym or for a scaled back method online courses using the computer.) The Anna scene can then escalate and this opens up story progression and could fill in gaps, while also having the opportunity to be used for other characters
Absolutely. Also, the first vacation needs to be mandatory then to progress the cock pics or something. Dreaming of stuff that will already happen (e.g. blurry image of Anna going Nude using content which is already in the game) before it happens)
Dreaming of other characters in the studio and bedroom (quick contents with a couple of lines) as what if content)
My other bullet points are just ideas for a little fun as part of dreams including content that was made but will never be used. Then also have a little fun with some ideas such as quick cheap animations and different art styles. Bit like a behind the scenes feature.
No worries, no missed interpretation. There're no plans to introduce dream sequences, and the only way in which a character will be shown at the studio is by actually joining it, which will have a quest related to it for that character to join, this last point we have already stated and there's no plans to change it. Same for the animations.

I am asking for a fun way for the developer to add some fun content or some scraps they have laying around which could never used in the game proper and at the same time using the function as way to expand the story. Every developer/artist has stuff on the cutting room floor and I am sure Arvus is no exception.
Not to come off as rude but it would be nice to have some insight into the release management of this project at times. This forum can seem like a bit of a void, with standard answers being yes, no or maybe. Never that a story (feature request) or bug will be raised and triaged with Arvus Games. Some roadmap or progress report would be nice if not for this project for future ones. (For examples Breadman handles this really well, and even his typical response to a community post is "F Ourself" 😅)
I understand Starmaker is a side project, but still it cannot be healthy working like this when it seems like nothing is truly focused and it is one project to the next.
This is a side project done only by Kal when he isn't working on RS; there's no roadmap because there's really non. If we would make a roadmap for things that are not set in stone, then people would complain when the idea changes or if it's not implemented, just like the complains about the farmlands not being part of 1.6. On the bugs side, we answer from time to time if is something known and that if it is something that will be worked on, there's a bug channel on the discord and that is managed constantly.
Requests are taken into consideration but ultimately is decided if it will be done or not, but not how until the update that will feature it comes near. Major parts of the update are what's advised here on itch, just like the post says, the major focus this time is: The new Harbor zone, and the characters that will be receiving more amount of content outside of Anna are: Emma, Frost, and Astrid.
Content I can understand but surely bugs need to be on some kind of internal ticketing system with replication steps and severities or they would just get forgotten about when working other projects?
There should be zero expectation of any release, though tiding up the process as you go has to be done. I mean for example the first post in this forum states:

I did answer to that, the game does have scenes that were not implemented because those didn't make sense for the game/ something else was done instead, but those won't be done into dream sequences, not in other ways.
Glad you are enjoying the game. There's a lot of routes and things to discover, most ppl find new scenes even when think all is done.
As for harem route, right now is only Anna and Charlotte, once the endings are reworked "harem route" will be tops 3 girls, ofc you still can be on solo routes with the others.
As for official relationships: Kate, Toni, and Himari (to an extent) are official relationships, Kate even having an ending.
Astrid will receive content in 1.8
As for things to spend money on, there will be more, but is not really a main thing that's been aimed for.
Yeah hoping one of the last updates will focus on Starmaking. Though updating legacy images will be a lot of work with custom costumes and appearances.
Maybe just sprites can have customisations for the open world, and there is a section in the Studio that allows you to take an image of the custom Anna sprite with make up and costumes you choose?
There won't be different outfits/looks for Anna's standard sprites as this would require a sustancial amount of work for the amount of cgs already in game. More outfits will be added and used for specific scenes/events just like the new outdoor photos.

As mentioned just make it a studio thing, and let us change Anna's expression, posture, accessories and outfits. Then take a picture, but not like the standard CG picture just a screenshot with the Polaroid frame. Bit like when you create a character in an MMORPG? Could even turn into a mini game where Anna gets requests from subscribers for different looks?
The issue with this is that is not suitable, just something simple as let's say: 3 expressions, 3 accessories to select from, and 3 outfits would mean 27 different cgs created, for a single posture, to account for the combinations that can be made; add 3 postures and you see where more issues lay.
If everything continues as planned, yes, there will be one more invite to the studio.
Surely all CGs do not have to have so much focus and manually done though. For a bit of a fun mode it could be done with AI? That being said maybe not a studio feature then, but just a little pass time feature in the wardrobe? Would be really nice just to get to customise Anna in some way, maybe if not this Arvus can think of some way to appease this long asked request?
