I loved this game! I used to play so many text based MUDs back in the day.  This was easy to pick up, fun to discover which actions are possible, and cool things like the lockbox.

Your writing style is simple yet immersive. I loved glorp!

What framework did you use to make the game? I would like to make something similar.

The romance ending was too cute.

I couldn't figure out how to paint on the canvas, or watch tv. I found out too late that about some things like working with roommates or talking to the prof.

The game is very on point with the game jam theme. I was a bit annoyed when time skipped forward and I ran out of time for the assignment, thinking I had a few days to go :D

Very very cool submission! As someone who loved Zork II as a child, a text adventure like this made me so happy to see. I really appreciated your comprehensive tutorials and explanations in the help menu too, this is so often forgotten in game jam games

Thanks for sharing this story! It definitely brought back some good IF vibes for me, I haven't played one in a long time. It was a really good match for the theme, since I was often trying to make connections between what I wanted to do and what I felt capable of doing. Nice work!
