Interesting short game! A couple of glitches like the Char3 not being found, but during the final two scenes, I lost the flow because the cutscenes didn't match to where we entered. (IE, I walk to the left and suddenly I'm looking at the new things.) It's a little disorienting

Developer

Yeah that's fair. My first time using RPG Maker 2k3. Hopefully I get the hang of this because, in the first place, I wanted the character to walk while talking but the timing is always off.

I really liked this! I got up to the part where the Ferryman first chases you and kept hitting a game over screen as he was super close behind me after we spawned in the next room. Sound design and story was neat!

Thanks! Was he too fast? I could always make him slower

EDIT:

I made him a little slower. Hopefully he isn't too much of a hassle.

I just downloaded again and it's much more manageable! I'm glad I did, there seemed like there would be a lot more gameplay after the point where I got stuck and I was right! I got both endings, great job!

Developer

There's a "third" ending if you hide in the closet where the Ferryman first chases you. But it's more like an instant game over though.

And thank you for playing!
