Controls were a bit clunky and the UI got in the way a bit. But and enjoyable experience. Nicely done.
The controls are a bit tricky to use. It's a cool concept, I just couldn't really understand how to play. The tutorial gave me the time to understand it, but then the game really started and I lost instantly XD.
Atmosphere was really cool, I liked the art and music. The controls were a little confusing though, but besides that, the game and the concept was really cool!
I like the music and the hand drawn art. I had some issues figuring out the controls though. It was nice to see a save/load/settings too. I also think adding some margins to your text boxes could be a quick way to make them look a lot nicer.
The Wall of text at the beginning kind of confused me... BUT it was still overall an interesting game!
I can't believe how much you got done in the time - I like the idea but didn't really know the end game. The controls were tricky and I wasn't sure why all the little masks were on the ground. I think the game area was too big and the pop up boxes were large and opaque meaning I couldn't see what was going on behind. But I do think mask farm was a clever take on the theme.
The little masks on the ground are just background pieces I threw in to make the floor a little more interesting since I didn't have time to make multiple floor tiles. Most of my previous jams were UI heavy so I wasn't even thinking about the size, definitely learning something from trying a new genre. Giving the menus translucency is definitely a easy fix I can put out after the jam. Thanks for playing!
I didn't expect a whole rts in this jam :D
It's a really unique one, although can be tricky to play
Very interesting mechanic, tho a bit confusing at first.
The text was very huge compared tothe character, and covered a lot of space.
Good work, hope to see you expand your game
Also give our game a try: Spectral Mask
The game was fun, although a little confusing on what I was supposed to do within the game loop.
