This game is great. It’s super stressful in the best way, having to fix the engine as fast as possible really keeps the tension high. I loved how well-made everything felt, from the cutscenes to the gameplay. It definitely made me feel rushed and on edge. It’s not really scary in the traditional sense, but it is stressful and tense, that fear of the army catching you before you finish fixing the car really works. Awesome job!
This is really cool! Really interesting premise, and I love the overall look-and-feel of the game. It's really quite a lonely place, and the low-fi look adds to that, but everything still makes visual sense.
I was initially a bit lost, but once I found the toolbox, it was clear what I had to do to progress. I was able to escape on my second attempt. (Well... at least I didn't have to join the Army.)
Thanks for including a Linux build!
I have been flummoxed by the crankshaft, and couldn't progress. The idea is neat though, and I thought the aesthetic was cool. Also, the opening animations were great.
Thanks! Yeah, it's not scary, I focused more on creating an atmosphere and trying to stress the player out in some way rather than doing jump scares or anything like that. But thanks for the feedback! Oh, and yeah i understand that the screwsizes gameplay can be boring for someone, I'll try to come up with a fun way to improve it!
