The game can be a little frustrating, as a one shot kill from the bots makes it really hard to progress. But I did like the style you went with for the controls, that was fun. The art is really cool too, and I like the concept of getting to make a mask! Overall, I think it's a really good start to a game, but it could be a little more forgiving. Good job :)

I am not good at these type of games but I did give it a good shot (pun intended) - Initially  I was a bit confused about what you had to do as I shot the mob from spawn point but it didn't do anything so I thought it wasn't a mob then I saw the enter sign and thought oh, we haven't started yet, then the mob ganked me when I moved and I kept getting stuck in the door... .again, this is not my kind of game so I struggle more than most. I enjoyed that parts I played and I appreciated the artwork and the masks were cool.

Yeah,  I understand, there are QOL features I didn't get to or got left out.

I also ended up making it way way way too punishing.

Thanks for giving it the old college try anyway!

Those bots are tough with a 1 shot kill like that. At first I wasn't sure if the game locked up or it I was actually dead.

Overall you have a good start if you continue.

Thanks for creating and sharing!

His hubris was his undoing! Peep my sweet build:

In all seriousness this game is almost impossible to finish (save your applause until the end, please), the enemies shoot you instantly when you move, after some "upgrades" my gun started firing cigars instead of bullets, which would bounce off things and kill me sometimes (often).

This is cleverly balanced by the R button, which I employed liberally on every level, so I'm glad you put that in.

No idea what the mask upgrades did but the lighting looked very cool and I was able to make it look like my own face (see pic) which was a nice feature.

I can tell you put a lot of effort into it, congrats on making a unique and funny game.

Wow, I wasn't expecting anybody to beat it, I am genuinely really impressed!!! I knew I made it way too punishing, just felt like I couldn't turn back at a certain point.

Thanks for your dedication, seriously.

This game reminds me of Hotline Miami

Cool game, but the execution was not very good xD

The mask-making was interesting, but I don't see it serving overall gameplay well.

The visuals and music were okay, nothing too special.

Good work.

Also, play our game: Spectral Mask
