Nice music and good use of the sponsor assets! You should have used the TV as the landing pad in order to fit the theme! haha
Game was a bit too tough for me, I didn't make it past the 2nd level! 😆

Yeah, I had wanted to add the TV to the final level of the game, but unfortunately didn't have enough time before the end of submissions lol And yeah, I did make it a little tougher than intended XD Thanks for taking the time to play it and leave it a rating!

Nice variation on Project Boost. I like how you switched things up in the last level, instead of landing on the opposing platform, you have to hit the floating skull.

Some suggestions:

The explosion sound feels a bit out of place, maybe a squashing sound would fit better.
Would be great to see the theme tied in somehow, a floating TV obstacle would’ve been a fun touch.
Maybe add some moving elements in the background to spice up the scene. Just don’t overdo it.

Thank you for the helpful feedback! I had wanted to add the TV in at some point but ran out of time before submissions lol Although I could have swapped that last skull out for the tv, I think that would have been really cool. And I agree, the explosion sound doesn't really fit.

This game reminds me of one of the projects in the gamed.tv course :D Good job theming the game for Halloween, but I didnt' see the TV from the jam theme. Granted, I couldn't finish the first level.

Thank you! I decided to try making my first 3D game for this jam and had started the Godot 3D Game course, but with the Halloween assets 😁 So this is basically my version of Project Boost. I had intended to add the TV asset in a later level, but unfortunately didn't have time before submissions.

Yeah, I had them animated to move in a different pattern before, and changed it because I was worried it was too difficult lol Hopefully it wasn't too difficult, otherwise I might have to make some adjustments after the jam 😅

It's a brutal learning curve for sure, but more so for the pumpkin more than the skulls.

The benefit, on the other hand, is that it feels sooo good when you manage to hit the target.
