1. FOUNDING TECHNICAL ART ARCHITECT (TA)
This is the most critical role. We are not hiring an artist; we are hiring an Architect to define the pipeline.
The Mandate: Author the studio's technical standards: the Rigging Contract, Optimization Budget (polycount, draw calls), and the custom Shader Strategy that delivers our signature Neon Red Circuitry and Emerald Green Spectral Effects.
Must Have: Deep, production-level expertise in Unity's rendering pipeline and asset optimization. Your documentation defines the entire studio's execution standards.
2. LEAD CHARACTER ARTIST / RIGGER
You will be responsible for the two most visible assets in the game and their performance in combat.
The Mandate:Deliver high-fidelity, production-ready 3D models for The Boy (Cybernetic Vampire) and The Lady (High-Fashion Gothic). Crucially, you must perform expert rigging and weight painting to support complex animations, cloth physics, and the Technical Artist's shader systems.
Must Have:Expert knowledge of Maya/Blender rigging pipelines and the ability to strictly adhere to the TA's Rigging Standard for clean integration into the Programmer's Combat State Machine. (Bonus: Hard-surface modeling for environment props).

THE DEAL: VESTING FOUNDING EQUITY
Ashen Echo Games is currently unfunded. Compensation is structured as a significant slice of Vesting Equity/Profit Share in the studio, starting with a clear Milestone Vesting schedule tied directly to the Vertical Slice deliverables. We are aiming for a November 21st, 2025 start date.
