Really fun concept and execution! My web window was obscured so I went half the game without knowing how to do the gambit, but after I did it became way easier than before, though still hard. Great game!
The one small nitpick I have is that it would be good to have a turn order for the snakes, as sometimes trapping snakes depended on what order they would move
But apart from that, absolutely amazing game!
I love the concept. I play chess and I love how you incorporated a chess board in the game. And luring snakes into each other feels satisfying. Great job on the game!

I really like this game, it is very fun, maybe you could add more content like more chess pieces or something. And I thought the gambit option was very interesting and funny!
