Out of ecological reason I don't like leaf blowers - but it makes good gameplay :) I really liked the concept and swooshing away the leaves was visually and gameplay wise very satisfying. But I think it was broken? I read here in the comments about dialogue or reading something? I was just blowing away but had no text and also no exit or other form of ending the game.

Wow! Great storytelling. I was only able to find 5/8 items (Maybe I'm just bad) and the teddybear at the swings didn't despawn when picked up. I agree with the previous comment that voiceactors would be a great addition to this game! Also, I don't know what kind of vibe you are going for but it would be interesting if there were some disruptive elements along the way. Maybe a big flock of birds in the sky flying by and making loud sounds. Or a deer jumping past you or making some kind of call in the distance. Or maybe the leafblower runs out of battery so you need to go switch it out. Stuff that interferes with the leafblowing and storytelling basically! I think this could turn out as a beautiful little game with an important story that could touch many hearts.

Thanks!

Thank you very much for the input we really appreciate it! We will surely look forward to implement it and fix the little bugs that came out now!

It’s a really good adventure game (?). I liked for a change to play a game in 3D first person. Blowing leaves felt satisfying and therapeuthic and the perfect way to follow along the dialogues. I think it would be great if the captions were regular, standard captions, with no animations, and if you could get voice actors to play it (and sound effects for things like the phone ringing). This would add a lot of immersion and also eliminate the problem of us having to follow along the text as it animates slowly.

The game has a retro feel, like a very indie cheap game, but I think it is really worthwile to play around with it some more and put that on Steam for sale. This is good. Thank for telling this story about grief and good luck continuing to develop it!

The story is a little jumbled and has some typos, but is still very compelling and incredibly sad. I wasn't able to find the last object, but the game looked very pretty and you nailed the vibes!

Thanks a lot! The story jumble is due to time constraints since we did not have time to implement the linear object system. Again thanks for feedback and for playing our game!
