I'll echo the rest of the folks here and say this was super cute. I wouldn't mind a whole series of goblin gardening adventures.
I feel like I should note that there is such a thing as organic pesticides, I use neem oil when I get aphids. I could rely on ladybugs where I lived before but there's hardly any where I live now. :(

I didn't know about neem oil! When I was living in the city, I actually went ahead and bought live ladybugs for my plants, which inspired this little game. The ladybugs didn't stay very long, so after buying and releasing a silly amount of them on my balcony I gave up and used a solution with black soap instead. I wish I had known about neem oil instead :D
I should know better than to do such generalizations (like, when people complain about "chemicals" in food, I want to tell them, "everything is chemical!!!"). I will keep it in mind for the future, thank you!
Super relaxing! This felt like a super sweet walk in the park and ended with me having a big smile.
I really liked the characters! They're a fun couple and you made them very likeable from the get-go. Their visual designs are great and I wish we could see them represented in the game's cover and title screen, as they drag you in a lot more into this story.
The 2D-3D meshup is interesting, I wonder if you considered layers or postprocessing to make them a bit more in-between the realms.
Great ambience with the music choice and backgrounds, super cozy! The writing was also quick to the point, exactly what it needed for this experience. Alas, poor carrots. Hope the solution works!

I actually did play around with having the characters on the promo images but it felt too "busy" with the photo I had chosen for that, and it was way too close to the deadline for any brainpower to remain :p I will definitely consider updating those promo images to include them.
I did consider post-processing for the background photos when I did my very first Narrat game (which is just as short and involves Hulda from this very game) and decided against it, actually! One, this is a whole skillset I simply do not have (and that I'm not super interested in learning either). Two, I like the mash-up. This is how I imagine my stories when I am daydreaming-- I can be taking a walk in my neighborhood and "see" in my mind's eyes the characters in 2D going about their lives. That's how I've always been, maybe because I watched a lot of anime as a kid? Anyway.

The sprite art is so stinkin cute in this game!! Love the stylization, and all of their facial expressions. Poor Onni, he just wanted to grow his organic carrots in peace!
Love how everything came together in this game, the music, background image choices, and couple dynamic all gel together for a truly cozy game.
