nice entry

Very pretty and the atmosphere is spot on, but navigation is a bit of a hassle and sometimes icons didn't do anything and it was very hard to get sense of what I should do.. Didn't get too far and I think I tried just about everything.

Developer(+1)

Totally get you about the navigation and icons, it’s something I want to improve to make the experience clearer and smoother.
Appreciate you taking the time to try everything, even if it got a bit confusing. I’ll keep polishing it after the jam!

The game looks really cool and the concept is great. I liked the atmosphere and the idea behind it, but I ran into several bugs that made it hard to play. Anyways good job.

Developer

Thanks a lot for playing and for the feedback!
Sorry about the bugs though. I’ll be fixing things and polishing it up after the jam so it can be played properly

Game looks very cool, also the concept is great, unfortunately i got some bugs, and wasn't able to play as it intent to be. I really like the idea and would like to play full postjam version :)

Developer(+1)

Hey! Thanks a lot for playing!
Sorry about those bugs, it’s a jam build so things got a bit wild.

Submitted(+1)

A bit buggy but very cool concept.

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing! Yeah, a few bugs haha. Not sure if hotfixes are allowed during voting, so out of respect for the other devs I’ll keep it ready for later.

Feedback:

- Artificial loading bars that take 2 minutes, why?

- Sounds could use some work like other ppl have said.

- Moving around feels disorienting (maybe that's intentional?) and the objectives aren't clear sometimes. I was also clicking on things that were highlighted yet nothing happened.

That said, I the concepts are great: trying to erase your digital footprint, switching between two states, the cabin setting, etc. Good job!

Developer

Thanks for playing and for the feedback!

The disorienting feel was part of the idea, but I admit I didn’t manage to express it as well as I wanted in the game. And you’re totally right about the loading bars, they can be frustrating. I’ll adjust the timing in the next update.

Glad you liked the concepts, and thanks a lot for taking the time to leave a comment :)

I love these kinds of games and if you expand this post jam, I will definitely play it again. However for now, I do gotta give ya some criticism. The main one being that my ears are bleeding. The old computer sounds are great but without a sound volume slider, they are super loud and i had to mute the game.

Developer(+1)

Haha, yeah...about the sound, that one´s totally on me. I didn´t properly test the final build before uploading it, so the sound ended up way louder than they shoul´ve been.

In the next update I´ll take your advice and add volume sliders to balance all sounds in the game. I´d love to have you play the improved version when it´s ready.

Thanks for the feedback and sorry for your ears haha

I really like your itch page setup! Ran into a few bugs while playing. Looks pretty good for a short jam!

Developer

Honestly, if i had worked on the game as much as i did on the page, it would probably be way better by now! haha

The first hot fix is coming soon. Until then, thanks for the support, it really means a lot.

I'm not really sure what's happening, but as I try to click around, the highlight on each object seems to be delayed, and my clicks only seem to register sometimes. On first load, I didn't know if I had actually clicked to start or not, so I clicked it twice and it caused the loading screens to jump around in percentages, I wasn't sure if it was intentional. I'm unsure why the loading screens take so long, as I believe they're just for visual effect? The game looks cool, I'd love to get to play it.

Developer

Thank you so much for playing and taking time to share this.

You are absolutely right about those issues, they weren´t intentional and i am already looking into fixing them for the next update. I am thinking of changing the gameplay a little, limiting the player's movement. I will discuss this in the following updates.

I’m really happy you liked the look of the game, and I’ll make sure the next version runs smoother so you can properly experience it.

Thanks again for the feedback, it helps a lot!

Developer

There will surely be bugs during gameplay, so if you encounter any issues or bugs, please do not hesitate to let me know. I hope you enjoyed the Jam!!
