Extremely well done game, from the concept to the art and music it's a very well rounded package! I loved the atmosphere throughout.

The tentacle and imp mechanics both caught me by surprise, very well executed horror despite the limited art style and the kind of game this is.

I wish the game was a bit more forgiving, getting the spirits can be very slow and it's very easy to lose them. Being able to see a bit more whether that's a bigger radius on the fairy, some slight light around the spirits or another solution I think would help a lot with that as the lack of vision is really what makes getting souls a slow process.

I'm very curious of what the ending is if you collect all of the spirits but I don't have the time to grind for that right now.

Easily one of my favorites of the jam! The art style, music, ominous atmosphere, enemies, and narrative really did it for me. It had a great escalation of threats, and perfect length for a game jam. This is also one of the coolest interpretations of the theme. I liked that the player is what wards the enemies off. If I could change anything, it would be tightening up some of the enemy behaviors and level design. It wasn't always clear to me how to get past the imps, and even the enemies on the wall there were some frustrating moments where I moved an inch too far one way and knew there was no way to turn around without getting all three spirits following me eaten.

Anyway, excellent job!

absolutely loved this game. Its a pretty simple concept but I think it was executed near perfectly the art fits the aesthetic really well and had me on edge the whole time. The giant tentacle thingy that grabbed the urn caught me entirely off guard the first time. Genuinely scarier than most horror games ive seen despite there being no real way to lose. Really difficult but I think that adds to it alot. Really really well done definitely one of my favourites from this jam

I liked the vibe of the game, liked the concept. Sometimes it felt like there was nothing i could do when the monsters ate the spirits, but oh well. I gotta do better than that to keep them all :D

Really intriguing interpretation of the theme, I am a sucker for this minimal artstyle. Really sold on the idea of the dark and protecting the urn/spirits from creatures, though it was very difficult at times - I didn't appreciate being called out on the 37 spirits I lost at the end... though I loved the ending.

Really good job with this one!

A very interesting concept that I could very well imagine being very well executed in the future. I love the artstyle, the bleak atmosphere, and the music at the beginning, and I like of how you're a little firefly-like creature who can bring over spirits into an urn, and being continuously brought downwards into a well until you reach the underworld. I didn't really enjoy the gameplay as much as I thought it to be a bit on the basic side, but that's completely alright! A wonderful execution of a simple "bring-item-to-destination" approach is all that matters. Overall, 4/5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐
