i tried playing this in a sandbox environment but it was too laggy. i wont download and play itch games on my actual machine so sorry wish i could have played. the environment looked cool through choppy frames. also the jump scare scream is way too loud. i tried to play  some and then as i was trying to quit it screamed and im glad i wasnt wearing headphones. i had my computer volume at 50 percent and it sound like 90%+ decibel levels

Is it possible to upload a web version? Downloading stuff from itch is something I try to avoid if possible :P

* Classic Slender vibe

* Not sure why you need to move to hold the flashlight out. QOL would be to always have it out.

* Did not like that the capture noise was so loud, and that I couldn't cancel it or pause. It was no longer a fun jumpscare, but an irritating earrape. Had to Alt+F4

Sorry about the jumpscare being too much. it auto restarts the game after 8 seconds but in hindsight i should have made it 1-2 seconds. Thanks for playing though. oh and about having the flashlight out only while moving, i just thought it would be an interesting feature to make the player want to move because it feels even more eerie when you stand in complete darkness.

Edit: I uploaded a new version and shortened the jumpscare so the game restarts after 1.4 seconds rather than after 8
