Nicely done! Good atmosphere, good horror element -- the lighting (or lack thereof) definitely helps here. Pacing is good, and the jump scares aren't too bad.

I would definitely love it if I could see a bit better. I was so absorbed in trying to just move about in the dark that I was sorta smearing myself along walls and didn't see one of the jump scares. That said, the pacing was pretty decent and going around finding the items was fun! Would have loved to see more of the parasite theme played into, too!

The game was fun and scary, but I can't help but feel like the flashlight is doing nothing. Quite often I found myself being disoriented in the house. In all other aspects the game was scary and enjoyable!

Damn the atmosphere is really good. The lack of lighting makes the game very scary or at least for me as I don't play horror games much. Also the jumpscare are clever. But I think there is no pause menu which is a shame cuz I instantly tried to pause the game when I first got a jumpscare😭. Anyway, it was a fun experience.

This game spooked me with its good pacing and clever scares. The jumpscare sound is also very tame and not over the top. The dialogue with the notes about the rat gave it a dimension of depth and psychological horror. Sadly I wish the flashlight would reveal more of the environment! Overall good game!

Despite the fact that I live in the weirdest house ever, there's a lot to be said about my environment and what's going on around me. Ignoring the fact that I accidentally broke the sequencing my first time around by aimlessly exploring rather than going where I was supposed to go, I really like what you had to offer here. The dialogue was thought provoking and really tells you who you are playing and the life they used to live. This was genuinely such a complete experience that I'm glad I got to play
