Mommy I need new trousers! The atmosphere is scary as hell. Sound combined with grim darkness creates a strong tension. The fact that you're alone makes it even scarier because it's only you, your thoughts and your fears.

Ok, so this really creeped me out (in a good way).  Footsteps, darkness, lights, swelling music, some of the other sounds, the unknown (I definitely started seeing things that I don't think were really there).  You definitely built up tension.  If you're going to build a game out of this, you'll need to figure out ways release that tension too, otherwise it would be a very stressful game!  When the music stopped, was it just over, or was something else supposed to happen?  When it got super quiet that might have been the scariest part for me!  But if your goal was to create a creepy/scary mood, you definitely succeeded.

Thanks! I'm very happy that this was creepy for you, sounds like it's had the intended effect! But seeing things that weren't there might be more than I had hoped for :o

I think the audio stopping may be an issue Godot only has with my released project as that did not happen in my testing - are you on Linux by any chance?

No, windows

Really cool vibes here. I think I interacted with something? Maybe not? As far as next directions, I think feedback would be important. I love the low energy, suspenseful setting. I really does a good job of making you feel that something should be happening. I legit got so excited when I found one of the tanks with a red light. I'm really interested to see what direction you take this!

I really like how it turned out, and I'm already wondering what story it could tell. It has potential, keep it up! :D

I like the atmosphere! Did you use raytraced audio btw?

Feels like "there should be a jump scare" or "there should be a sound glitch/voice/silence with some narrative gameplay after that" or "some creature should be lurking around" :) Makes me think of alien movies for some reason.

The sound started really good but in the end I didn't hear the footsteps. I really liked the way sounds fades when you pause. I think it would be nice to have SFX/ambience options.

Also, for me personally - the mouse sensitivity option could be adjusted - it feels too much even though I used almost the lowest possible option.

I really curious what it will become :)

Thanks for the feedback!

I didn't use raytraced audio, I think a lot of the sounds I go for are kinda echoey, so that might shoot me in the foot later if I keep that up. I have considered using raytraced audio though, just not sure how well it will fit in the project. I think I did set the footsteps sound too quiet as it can't be heard over the warbling :(

I will definitely update the minimum mouse sensitivity!
