By far the most interesting and fun game I've played so far. Gameplay was genuinely engaging, and the turn based style managed to be innovative and unique. I will say there could be better feedback on the gameplay, for example selecting magnifying glass, than the organ you want to select, took me a bit to figure out because nothing happens when you click on the item. But great game none the less.
Hey! Awesome words! Thanks from the whole team — we’re really happy that you engaged with it! And yes, we’re currently looking for solutions to make using items more intuitive and easier to understand.
This is so good!
Hey thanks! We are glad that you liked it!
My inner gamba addict had a blast! Very fun to play and quite intuitive. I like that once you learn the mechanics, you can play quickly and use the round time for extra actions. Visually, it’s smooth and well designed. Have you guys played “Luck and Loot”? It hooked me in the same way with its mechanics. Once again, great work, Quokka Games!
We are glad that you enjoy playing! We haven't heard about Luck and Loot but we will take a look
As the other person mentioned, it reminded me of buckshot roulette as well! I enjoyed playing it though and found it pretty fun. I think the audio could be more tense when an organ is getting worse.
Hi! Thanks for playing, we are pleasured that you enoyed the game and have fun with it! And about the audio it could be more dramatic yes, we will test this and see different types :)
Really interesting game design, it reminded me of the buckshot roulette and works really well here. Great work.
Hi! Thanks for the comment! It’s true that the design reminds about games like Buckshot Roulette or other games with a similar style, like Clover Pit or Slots & Daggers. So it’s great that it reminded you of those kinds of games! ;)
I played it yesterday and forgot to leave feedback. A very interesting turn-based system! I didn’t expect that, but I was really impressed! Great game and a solid jam entry! The perspective and the self-operation mechanic were fantastic!
Thanks for the replay and we are glad you enjoyed the game!
This is really good! I love the idea of operating on yourself and the turn based mechanic works great. I found it a little confusing at first that clicking on the items doesn't 'do' anything, I expected them to be picked up when in fact it lights up an icon on the screen. Also the info bit after selecting an action seems a little unresponsive. Overall though good and I got through plenty of 'donors', empathy, pah!
Hey! Thanks for your comment, we are happy that you like it! It is true that if you have played in the browser version, the game doesn't show the outline for the objects that are selected. But we will try to fix this and show more clearly that aspect. And the “donors,” as you said, is definitely an interesting path...
The idea of being our own surgeon and trying to save our lives with random objects is very appealing.
Hi! Thanks for commenting and playing! We are glad that you like the idea of the game!
Wow what a great game this was! The camera movement, sound design, visuals, it all worked really well together. I also think this is a great take on this type of game, where you take turns against an enemy, really really great work especially considering the time constraints of the jam!
Thank you! Awesome words, our team is happy that you enjoyed the game! It was an arduous work because of the time constrains of the jam as you said, but we made it possible.

A great horror experience intensified with chilling visuals and sound. I wish it was less reliant on randomness with item resetting, but I enjoy the deductive-based gameplay. The psx filter made reading text difficult, but I'm glad it could be toggled off. Well done to the entire team.
Hey! Thanks for playing and commenting! We are glad that you like it! And as you said it's true that some times the game relays too much on randomness, but we have plans to change this in the future if all goes well :)
Also good one checking the on/off check for the PSX filter :b
Hi! Thanks for playing! We are pleased that you liked it and understood it at the end.
