Look, I know you guys (Eroism, and the group I think) have probably already thought of this, but I'll share the two ideas I have.
1. When we (the player) go to Leah's shop and talk to her to "teach us how to have sex with insects," a cockroach appears (I forgot its name), and Leah and the cockroach go inside to mate. I wish there was an option where we (the player) could go down there alone and mate with the cockroach.
2. I'm absolutely sure you've already thought of this, but I'll say it anyway. I wanted there to be spiders and their nest hidden in the sewers. A spider would appear before entering the nest, and to get inside, we either had to be defeated or defeat it. But if we were defeated, we would be carried inside and trapped there in a kind of "semen and egg storage" environment. After that, we could escape through the web I forgot to mention. But if we were defeated twice inside, it would be a kind of game over, like the cockroach at Pier G.

I know it’s already been said to be unlikely but PLEASE give us spiders, they’re practically a staple of the genre.
Another thing is more mouth stuff. I’m pretty sure there’s no blowjobs or face fucking in the game when there really should be. Maybe add a scene with poniko where Leah sucks him off.

I'm certain the idea will be a no go.... But, nothing comes if you do not ask... How about a game route where you play as a pro-infector. No game overs from parasite bosses/minions, instead you fill the role of a carrier attempting to spread "your babies" the parasites.
The primary enemies could be other folks who oppose the infection, game play wise - it would function about the same combat wise with diffrant animations/portrates. And, story wise you could put the player in positions where they can gain their team-mates trust, infect them at night, and corrupt them (much like what happens to the main character atm).
If I have covered something that exisits already that I have yet to reach, or if you already have plans to impliment, just let me know and I'll remove the comment (and be excited to reach that part). *Corruption desires intesifies*

Hi, there is a large variety of scenes in the game, but i feel like its missing at least one about anal, since the max that we have its the banana bug touching leah's asshole in the beggining of the scene.
for this new scene i was thinking about a parasite that could be found in dirty water, like the sewers, and would be able to parasite leah while she's exploring
For the "excuse" for her to be in a spot to get parasited: "i don't want to get dirty, should i remove my clothes before exploring?"
In short, it would be an anal variation for the avarege parasite.
