A really fun idea - although I wonder if there's a way you could create holes in the vault wall, rather than having it disappear completely (maybe having to carry multiple barrels, having breach markers you can pass through within 2" or something).

I think there's a few spaces where the language could be clearer e.g. I like the idea of civilians running around nabbing stuff but will the other guards attack them? It's really fun though.

I'd recommend altering it so that you aren't pigeon-holed into one specific faction for the scenario - it will discourage people from playing it if they think you have to have human empire for the scenario.

I don't play much Quest.  Is "heavy" a special rule in the Quest book?  If not you need to explain what it does here since one of the players starts by carrying something that gives that rule.

The mission does not specify the faction of the heroes you play, we only suggest using Human Empire as the enemies, in fact we'd encourage the opposite having multiple different races, the example given in the background is an orc but you are free to mix and match. Heavy is a rule in the rulebook which makes you move -2" on a normal move and -4" for running.
