This was really cool! Very interesting mechanically and I'm a big fan of the spooky atmosphere :3

The atmosphere was super unique! Reminded me a lot of the game Inside (or Limbo by the same dev). I  second the suggestion offered by others to move the actions a little closer to the protagonist :)

Developer

thank you, we ran out of time to move the UI closer and also to make it larger. I think we exported the dimensions incorrectly unfortunetly

This is a pretty cool game! I love the art, and the sounds. I kinda just wish wsd controls where in the mix, but overall I would give it a try! I could see it as a fun way to pass some time perhaps mid lecture, or waiting for your coffee at a cafe. Thanks for sending this Gavin, awesome job!

this was supper creative! i wonder how the game would play if you could fall off the edges (left/right). also i could kind of get through by spamming quite a bit

Developer

We tried to balance the probabilities of the moves appearing as best we could. We had other fun moves that we wanted to add for complexity too, hoping to make "Move Forward" rarer but still fair. Unfortunately we just didn't have enough time. Thank you for the feedback!

I really like art of the game, but I hope the actions can be nearer to the character (axolotl), or else I have to glue my eyes on the corner during the gameplay.

Developer

I agree, that is an issue when trying to time which moves to use. Thank you for your feedback!
