I'd be curious to know whether this is based on real eyesight test or not. I scored 9 in the 20 second runs, does that means anything?
Otherwise, it's a great game that does exactly what it says. The mechanic is simple but interesting. Good job!

The replay value is fantastic, making you want to jump back in again and again to explore the outcomes.
However, adding a volume adjustment feature in the settings would be a welcome improvement for player comfort.
It quickly gets to that right amount of frustation. Where you just want to try again and do better.
You could consider quickly highlighting the character that you missed if the time runs out.
Made it to score 18. This is an interesting concept and decent execution of the idea. The visual and audio effects are nice. I can't think of anything to suggest for improvement... except maybe try white background with black text since that would be easier to spot the odd one. Also please check out my game.
As an individual with glasses, I guess I needed to lock in and see how well I can do! Surprisingly, I did pretty well! This is an awesome project! The game is basically endless, but if you wish to make the game "20 Second Game Jam" friendly, you can add a mode where you can see how many you can get correct in 20 seconds. Overall though, this is amazing and it's a great concept to take something that many individuals, myself included, go through, and put us to the test in a fast-paced test. You killed it! :)
