I'm pretty sure this has been in the game for a while, I have never seen it personally but i do remember finding a blood stain there and wondering where it came from. And it does seem to be Skerfur or whatever it's name is. There is a few spots you can see it.
Wow that's creepy. It's movements remind me of something out of Jacobs Ladder. Considering it's standing outside one of the new fire exit doors, it's likely a new entity or event that isn't finished yet. Man I cannot wait for 0.9.0 stable.
That's the Skerfuro random event with a bugged Monique model. Had the event recently and it was fine, but I've never seen it with a mismatched colour palette, let alone as a French chain-smoking lizard lol.
