The idea is very fun. The only thing, which maybe is intentional, is that I can simply use S to keep the bird horizontal and without even flapping I can float infinitely.
Aside from that, the game is very interesting :)
Interesting controls make it hard enough :)
It's a really relaxing game - provided I actually keep pace with the flock lol. The movement controls feel good, and I like having it jiggle the mouse to flap. Great job!
A beautiful, beautiful game! AANDD a fellow bird game too! :)
This game is so cool! First off the visuals and sound design are just genuinely phenomenal, amazing work there. But I for one absolutely loved the movement and controls, the actual act of flapping the wings by moving the mouse is very clever.
Genuinely just a beautiful experience that's super fun once you get a feel for it. I wish the Arctic Terns luck on their journey.
Bruh i did not understand the game, maybe do a little FTUE or something :x
I love the concept and art, it's so cute! The difficulty is a bit much for me though, I couldn't keep my spot in the flock at all ;-;
(Also found a bug that if you fly into the sky when the energy runs out, the birb will keep flying forever instead of triggering game over)
Ah, it is slightly touch as I didn’t have time to get any assist to it. But thanks for spotting the bug I’ll add it to the list!
Cool game, just pretty laggy for me. Still a cool idea!
My experience was interesting, I managed to fly with the flock for almost an entire hour. The planet kept spinning faster and faster, it was kind of terrifying . I did enjoy the game, a good little learning curve as well, personally I am a home body, and I wouldn't want to fly for ages lol.
I didn’t expect anyone to play this far tbh. If I had more time I would’ve added some kind of rewards for milestones, but I’m glad you enjoyed it!
Yeah I love birds lol, and I am quite motivated to explore all these games people made. Only fair if you spend a few days making something, you get at least a decent amount of play time :). My game I worked on with my team has things in it I am not sure any one will see, or notice, but I got a kind of lowkey story going on there. Kind of happens when you work on art, you start wondering what is the story of this space cop, or these pirates.
