Very reminiscent of Glyphica, but I really like the creative mechanics here. I was most missing a sense of difficulty progression - it felt about the same difficulty up til I stopped around level 12. The way you generate lines and tower locations is very interesting and well executed. Great work!

I did program some progression till level 8. It is very hard to make progression because you need to have stats about the gamer to able to put just the exact amount of enemies to keep it in the edge.
I was inspired a bit in Glyphica, but more in kingdom rush and mini metro. I only had like 2 days (not complete) to do everything from scratch. I would love to have a more polished version for a fair testing.
Thanks for the feedback
Good typing games are too rare! This is fun and it combines it with TD that I like.
Made it to level 13 before I stopped, it was enjoyable, kept me in the game for a while wanting to see all the upgrades. I'd like it more if it had boss enemies that take more than one word to be defeated, maybe at the end of a level marking the transition point to the next one. I otherwise liked it, simple and effective! sometimes the words would be rendered below the track lines, but that wasn't a big issue. well done!
Thanks for the feedback. Yes, there is the bug of the line on top of the enemy. I did not catch it while testing. Agree with the big boss and harder enemies and different kind of enemies. Just ni time to implement everything. I did also think different game play modes. I feel there is material enough to make it a commercial version.
Thanks for your comment, it really helps!

btw, I absolutely loved this game, and the idea, absolute blast, kinda get’s too easy too fast tho, but it was an terrific idea you had, I’ve never seen a mash of tower defense and typing game
Mega thank you for streaming it. There is a lot of valuable information there!
Balancing a game is hard. If that game is in a "skill game" it is even harder. If you also make it a Tower Defense, it is really really hard. I only found a sweet point 2h before submitting.
I have not seen a TD + typing either, from my point of view it is an "original idea". But I am sure someone tried before.
I have in mind whether I should give it a fair try and make a comercial version. Many things to try and test though.
Thanks for playing!
Really like how you implemented the typing mechanic. Kinda outside of the box thinking for the theme, Love That !
great game, but has scrollbars and a little unintuitive at start. overall had lots of fun
This is SUCH a good idea. I can imagine this being used to help kids learn how to type!!! the only issue is my browser kept crashing while playing it, saying it was reloading because it was using up too much memory
