Fun game and a nice take on the theme! It was pretty challenging, but I managed to power up the sunflower eventually. It really wasn't intuitive to me what the plants did, even by the end. One slowed the enemies down, it seemed, and the other (the blue one) I never figured out. I kind of just dropped plants around randomly.

I tried to survive the sequence after the sunflower part, but health started decaying too quickly. Is that meant to be survivable?

Developer

Thanks for playing. And congratulation to reach the end ! that's super cool =]

Yes, we still need to improve our tutorial!
The mac version had an issue during the tutorial with a white box instead of the gif.
The blue one attract the ghost and make them disappear, but it has 3 live only.

You well reached the end of the game.

Oops, user error then! I somehow missed the second tutorial screen that tells you what the plants do, even though it was definitely working in the Linux build (just checked). I must have just double-clicked "Okay" and skipped the second screen.

Developer

No, sadly little sun dies at the end.

Wow, it was hard, but that's the cool part! It's a cool project that can even get a little hooked, just like pvz!
I liked this one entry

Thanks! I'm happy to hear you envoyed the game!

This one was great, reminded me a lot of old classics! I wasn’t very good at it though haha, need to practice! Good job, especially with such short time!

nice 3d pacman/plants vs zombies! good use of the lights I must say :) nice  the little sounds as well!

I agree with previous comments that is a pretty hard game and I think I'll try to beat it once the jam is over and I dont have so many games to play!

as a suggestion, I would make the camera control a bit smoother, like less responsive to mouse movement, but it's just personal preference :)

Developer

Hi,

we're sorry about the camera control, we dev' on Bazzite/Linux, and this issue appeared only on Window sadly.

Thanks for playing,

Kyunsei.

Fun, hard to survive, graphics is cool, concept is interesting.

I like the concept! It was a bit hard to survive, though. The control screen was covered up by a big hite box, sadly. So it took me a while to figure out the controls!

Thanks:)

Sorry for the white box, I just noticed yesterday that the Mac version have an issue with the tutorial gif.  I will add tutorial in the game page

Fun take on pacman, I dont know why i thought the glow berries would shot the ghost or something :D too much plants vs zombies. All in all had some fun

That was fun! Good work on the art and growing mechanics, and the way those interfered with the attacking ghosts. It took a bit to get the hang of it, but I gave it a few tries once I understood it better. It played well on the joypad, too, except I found dealing with the camera to distract from the game. I didn't beat it after a handful of tries, either, but I may still try again.

Great work on your first GWJ submission!

Developer

Thanks! That's very sweet of you!

I hope you will manage, we put a little surprise at the end =]
