This game is awesome! I really could see myself spending a lot of time playing this one. It's simple sure but honestly it doesn't need any more complexity, it's a game about speeding through a wormhole and it does a perfect job at being exactly that!

The colorful design of the wormhole and well-programmed endless generation shows that you are both very good at making games that are visually appealing AND structurally sound. The only thing that could use a bit more attention is the UI design, godot defaults tend to make a project look more unfinished. Just some simple color and font changes and I think the game would look way better.

Regardless, this is one of my favorite endless runners I've played this jam! Great work!

Thank you!! I'm happy you like it!

This game could definitely benefit from simpler controls. One idea is using W to accelerate and the mouse buttons to increase/decrease speed.

Developer

Thanks for review!

Wouldn't that make controls more complicated?

Currently you just move the mouse to navigate at the speed that is comfy for you. (Or for pro players QEAD buttons additionally)

The LMB/RMB could be good alternative for scroll. I should have used that.

Maybe. The biggest problem was figuring out that I had to push the increase speed button first, but that's also my fault for not reading the tutorial. Fun game tho, nice job!

cool concept, but took me a while to figure out the controls. overall, a nice and fun game!

I didn't understand how to play it or what should I do... The concept looks cool and the music is nice :)

Nice gameplay, I love the thing that I can personally chose my own comfortable speed

God, it's so psychedelic, I love it XD
maybe a bit confusing to figure out the controls, but it's good anyway :D

Very fun but you need to explain how to play.
Good job

Yeah I tried to explain all the controls on the main screen and added a gameplay video, couldn't think of more what I could explain. What was hard to pick up in gameplay? Some part of the controls I imagine as the others also wrote.

Yeah, it was mainly the controls
they were a bit tricky to figure out at first.

It's hard to figure out the controls but good concept

After figuring out the controls I found this gameto be quite fun, it did seem a bit buggy with the wall detection (my first go I flew through the wall somehow) and having no way to restart was a bit annoying. Overall though it is quite a fun concept!
