It feels like a game inspired by Grants games, but somehow, I cannot detect much of either Seagulls or Arlecchino... But I did only browse both games, so this might be on me. Love the drawing!

I tried to make them fit together fairly smoothly so that sounds like I managed it!
From seagulls i took jokes requiring minimum two players to function, and the objectives
From arlecchino’s I altered it a bit and went forwards in time to clowns from commedia dell’arte and that the mechanics work based on the style of acting that entails
The clown falling down while the others climb the ladder is high art
