I really like this game. How did you manage to get 3D point lights working on WebGL though? I've only ever been able to get a single directional light to work.

Developer

Thanks! I'm just using one directional light. No point lights. WebGL handles that easily.

How do you make the light effect round the fire and the player then? I'm confused, and impressed!

Developer

Ahhh, that makes sense! I didn't realize the fire particles had a point light. That's super clever. Now I see why it glows around the player too!

This is really fun once you get the hang of it! I felt super cool when I was able to hit enemies from far away.

Developer

That's awesome to hear! Hitting enemies from far away is one of my favourite parts too. Thanks for playing!

Nice work! I think enemies drained the fire a bit too fast compared to how hard it was to hit them for me, but still its a nice and fun game, well done!

Thanks a lot! Really appreciate you playing it. I'll tweak the enemy drain so it feels more fair. Glad you still had fun!
