Cool concept, but I struggled a lot with the fleet controls and wasn’t always sure what the game wanted me to do. The visuals and movement of the ships are nice though. There’s something really charming there. With clearer guidance and a bit more feedback it could shine a lot more.
really great visuals! i also loved the stuff that was happening! (all those pub crawls and hateful octopuses!!)
This is incredibly cool for a solo dev! I love how to boats travel and visually it’s gorgeous! It is a bit difficult to understand, but the description helps it a lot. I can imagine adding sounds and music would immediately make this like almost a full publishable game! Once again, really impressive!
Thank you all for your replies. There are obvious problems in this game with presentation and information not delivered to the player. Obviously, I cannot re-edit the game, so I added more details into the description. Hope it can make other players feel less confused. Once again thank you all very much for the feedback!
A very ambitious game for a solo developer. I just want to say great work👍.
I liked the visuals and how the fleets move around, but I was greatly confused by the fleet controls. And I found it hard to decipher what am I supposed to do when they arrive in port. I guess if it was up to me I would make the game more real time, and less turn based and have some random ships floating around, because personaly thats the coolest part of the game for me.
Seems very ambitious, not sure though how I'm supposed to progress, or what the events do.
