Cool game and I love the art! I liked the power up system as well. We also did a bat game :)
The sound waves were a bit overwhelming visually, and covered the entire screen - was hard to know if I was getting hit or not. Nice game!

thanks for playing :) you shoot at enemies by left clicking which fires a soundwave towards the mouse. You lose if the meter in the top left corner fills up completely though you can't win as its an endless roguelike shooter
Such a good idea, using the soundwaves to see and attack. Really good game
this game is not in my queue so i can't rate it unfortunately, but wanted to shout out, as I had great fun playing it. well done!

It is a very interesting game, but the gameplay is a bit chaotic. The space is small, and the echo speed is very fast.

ahh good catch! I'll definitely try making the echoes slower after the jam
Really satisfying once you get enough upgrades, and the waves all bounce around and diffract and make those massive explosions on every wall collision. Great game

Love a good shmup! The sound design really stands out, it became kind of hypnotic as I played stage after stage.
