Hi! Just wanted to start by saying I really appreciate you all for bringing this game back like this :) it's amazingggg! But I'm having issues creating a new profile and maybe it's user error but every time I try to put my user and pass in it says it's the wrong password. Is it because I made the account on the new Poptropica on Coolmathgames or do I actually need to have my old info? (if so I haven't played in about 10 years so I don't remember anything :( ) how can I bypass?
Also, in Nabooti Island after I completed the puzzle inside the pyramid for the blue gem when I went down the rope my character basically fell apart and she's stuck somewhere on the bottom almost under the map and I can't get her out no matter how much I try to jump and because I can't save, I don't want to have to completely restart the island as I'm almost done with it. When I let it sit for a minute, it just gets worse. Now my character is a little white block towards the top of the screen that I can only move left and right (the arrow is also stuck at the short blue one) I'm on a Mac btw! Thank you for being so attentive to these problems :))))
