That's funny, I noticed this game on Bluesky, and wasn't even aware this was a submission for this jam! Anyways, as I already told you there, this is a very dark yet cool game!

The lack of control is justified by the narrative and I liked how you mixed 3d scenes with typography and shader effect. Good job!

Well this sure is an experience LOL and a really good one at that

I really liked 99% of this, but i think last two images you flashed were redundant - I thought they made story too explicit for this kind of game, and really didnt make much lore sense (why would your final moment be spent thinking of a noose?). I felt clever when i figured out what was going on from just the 3d enviromnent, and that was undercut by seeing a png of a noose.

great for the time limit- some may suggest adding more gameplay but i kinda like it how it is! there was something nice in just lookin around, and works well in giving the feeling of being trapped

Thanks for playing!<3 tbh, I never planned any gameplay for this game cause... sometimes things just gotta end how they're supposed to. Good thing the game's only 20 seconds long soooo I can let player doing literally nothing

I like the style and visuals, it was well executed. Having no real control in the game represents very effectively how in such situations those feelings can overpower people.

Very interesting take on things many individuals experience on the daily. I can understand how difficult it can be for some and I know I will always do what I can do on my end to be there for people. You captured this brilliantly. Amazing job! :)

Is this based on true events? I think i saw somthing like this on the news back in 09, very intresting stuff. Imma go cry now, thanks for the game (:

Developer

Thanks for playing!:) I don't know, when I was making it, I didn't base it on any real case. But I think we can talk about the reality of such events. Things like this do happen in life

the feel the game tried to show was super effective, specially the last part, they were regretting it and all, very horrifying, 10/10

Thanks for playing!;) Glad the game managed to convey the intended emotions

“I was like, ‘Whoa, the gameplay really feels like watching someone going through a very heavy emotional state.’
I love the art style. A small suggestion: it might be cool to turn it into a quick-time-event experience where the player helps guide the character out of that mindset, supporting him or helping him find a way forward.

Thanks for playing!:) To be honest, for this game, I never planned any "gameplay". I wanted the game to evoke a feeling of interactive helplessness. If you've made it this far, sometimes things just end the way they were meant to

This was a really dark but beautifully executed experience. The atmosphere hit immediately the visuals and the tone worked together very well. Short but it stuck with me. Great job.
