I like the visual style. However, I experience slight motion sickness when aiming.
Many thanks! What do you think had triggered it?
The style was very cool. I have no idea if it was just me but moving the cursor was very choppy & it wouldn't smoothly aim where I put it like other shooters.
Oh, it might feel like it because there is an aim assist system (witch is very not subtle), it snaps the crosshair at the enemies. It is intentional, considering that you can build up a good speed.
Would it be better if there was an option/hotkey to hard snap the crosshair at the center of screen at all times?
I like the concept, but I really struggled with the visuals. In the black-and-white setup, I found it quite hard to judge the distance to the enemies, and often could not tell if there was a platform in between. I'm not sure if that's unique to me or a broader design issue.
Thank you for playing!
Ooh, I guess I'll have to tinker with that. I think i made the wrong call when I decided to keep the outlines visible through level geometry. At the time, I thought the player would struggle to find the last foes, who'd occasionally stroll away somewhere remote. I hadn't came up with the proper solution (deadline was, in, like, 5 hours)
Thank you for playing and your feedback, immutable!
Cool FPS game, but I'm a FPS noob, so I can't pass the level 2...
It is fine, though. This particular shooter have an insperation from ULTRAKILL's cybergrind mode, which is not at all easy.
Thank you for playing my game! I really appretiate your try
The style is really cool, I love it.
Maybe it would be better if the game shows a kill text or a score, because sometimes it was hard to see, that I killed the small black enemies or not.
Thank you, Xardas!
I am planning to add endless mode (and thus score) in the following updates, so I'll ponder around on how to implement this neatly
