Very nice (procedural?) map, had fun exploring it. Controlling the player was hard though. It might be accelerating too much on air. But other than that, its a great game. Good stuff!
I too as other mentioned were a bit confused. Also wasn't sure if world wraps around or not. I do like the cohesiveness of all the graphics.
thanks for the feedback. Just for extra clarity, were you aware that you could go though the initial dialogue(the tutorial is triggered by this)? Or was the tutorial not clear enough?
Thanks in advance
I revisited and there is more dialogue now, my initial play only had the message to collect crystals then I just wandered off to find them. This time around the beginning had interact instructions and more instructional dialog came up after leaving the spawn point.
ok thanks, I will try to make the bottom dialogue more obvious in my future games.
The open world was cool to explore, I was little confused on what the main goal was (I think collecting the purple crystal things?), but it was to play around with the building and mining. Controls were a little too floaty and the wave attack had too much knockback. Overall cool!
Controls are on the floaty side and the knockback on the attack can sometimes push you off the edge. It would be nice if the knock back would be reduced while standing on a platform but good work overall!
I really like the concept here. It's fun exploring but I didn't have a great sense of what to do. the graphics and audio were good too! nice job
Solid idea, the platforming was somewhat tough with floaty controls. Cool exploration with a sense of wandering. Being brought to the start is a nice touch after leaving the map
