Honestly super fun! would have maybe liked a little explanation at first but once I understood the way things worked it was great! loved the chaos and random flying objects
Really cool game. It's fun experimenting what the items do. I especially like the ship repairing mechanic.
Fun concept and the art was cool. Scurvy mechanic was fun but seemed a little too fast, I was slamming down lemons as fast as I could find them and it still wasnt fast enough.
thank you for playing! yeah, the scurvy mechanic is a little unforgiving. if i had come up with it earlier in the week, i would have probably tried to balance it a bit more.
hint though: being drunk slows it down :P but i never explained that anywhere (except i hinted it in the game description page, but its not clear and i only added that a few hours ago)
I ate so many lemons! Still died of scurvy. I love the animations and controls they felt nice and love the frenzied action all over the place. Great work!
Loved the concept! I played it through a few times but never could win :P
I died to scurvy a lot, it didn't feel like I could have saved myself. After a couple of games, I started popping the barrels as fast as I could from half scurvy onwards and still didn't get any lemons :( maybe having a lemon barrel that's further from the action but was guaranteed to have lemons would make it less randomly punishing, and still keeps your fun random barrels?
Your use of the theme was hilarious! I liked the very Sea of Thieves cannon launch haha
thank you! yeah, the scurvy mechanic is a little punishing. i implemented in like 2 hours yesterday, and i wish i had come up with it sooner to balance it a little more.
thank you so much for your comment :P

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
edit: after some thinking im even more confused because i don’t even use this resource. i guess pygame does, but who knows. i dont know enough about how pyinstaller (the tool i used to build the executable) works to diagnose it. and like you say, it exists, so, i guess python is lying
