i cant find anything about this on the wiki, please help if you have any info.

think its an error. there is also an error where clicking on their email icon will send these garbage emails i believe

I got this one early on a fresh playthrough, I believe it precedes the *first* arrival of a certain entity, afterwards you might encounter it at any time.
