Looking at the options, it looks like this is supposed to be a two player game -- in which case I think it's a really cool concept! One person is trying to play the beat game, and the other is trying to win bejewled. Cool! I wish I had a friend to play it with, or that there were instructions.

Interesting concept. Don't know if I won or lost, but in the end I transformed into Claves :)

Not entirely clear on what the right way to play actually is, but its a cool idea! and well done doing it on Pico its a cool project!

First of all, very cool is see a Pico-8 game here! I couldn't quite figure out the "anti-rhythm" mechanics, but I certainly enjoyed the weirdness :)

Really cool looking game, shame I am so bad at it haha

This game is the actual antithesis to my submission which I found quite funny. I assumed I had to move items around when "not" on beat based on the directions, but this didn't really seems to impact gameplay that much. I absolutely loved the aesthetic and pixel art!

Moving things around not on beat was definitely the idea! I just couldn’t quite figure out the right way or amount of punishment to guide players to that path in the scope of the week.

I wasn't able to use the anti-rhythm mechanic in any noticeable way, however I was able to complete the ritual. I did also enjoy the Pixel Art.

Agree with the other commenter. Hard for me to actually play but looks neat.

Interesting concept. Really hard to grasp. Maybe I'm just old. I like the pixel art.

Multiple people have said it’s not quite clear what is going on even before submitting it. Unfortunately I didn’t quite have the time to do much balancing and/or create a tutorial.
