While we may not have a public portfolio yet, we are currently structuring and developing several high-concept, innovative projects that require top talent. We are building a tech giant portfolio with a gamer's passion:
- Pitch Masters (PM): An AI-Powered Soccer Game that aims to revolutionize sports simulations.
- K-Tech President Simulator: A highly detailed President/Political Simulator requiring complex systems and narrative design.
- K-TTS: An innovative AI-powered Text-to-Speech (TTS) application.
We are looking for team members ready to tackle these complex, high-impact projects from the ground up.
Open Positions: Building a Tech Giant Team
We are seeking high-calibre professionals across all domains—development, creative, and business—to build our future as a technology leader. The ideal candidates are passionate, driven, and look beyond traditional indie studio roles.
I. Development & Technical Roles
- Backend Developer (Python/C++/C#):
- Description: Design and implement robust, scalable server architecture for AI models (like K-TTS) and persistent game data (for PM and the Simulator). Focus on clean, efficient, and secure code.
- Required: Expertise in Python, C++, or C#, strong knowledge of database systems and networking.
- Unreal Engine Programmer (C++):
- Description: Core gameplay systems development, technical implementation of AI, and complex feature development within Unreal Engine for both our simulation and sports titles.
- Required: Expert-level C++ programming, extensive experience with the Unreal Engine framework.
- Front-End Developer:
- Description: Develop intuitive and professional user interfaces (UI) for our applications (like K-TTS) and in-game menus, focusing on functionality and user experience (UX).
- Required: Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) or UMG/Slate within Unreal Engine.
- AI/Machine Learning Engineer:
- Description: Develop, train, and implement advanced AI models for features in Pitch Masters, realism in K-Tech President Simulator, and the core functionality of the K-TTS app.
- Required: Strong background in AI/ML, experience with relevant libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
II. Creative & Artistic Roles
- 3D Artist / Blender Expert:
- Description: Create high-quality 3D assets, environments, and character models for our simulation projects and potentially the sports title.
- Required: Mastery of Blender, strong portfolio demonstrating a professional-grade modeling and texturing workflow.
- Game/Level Designer:
- Description: Conceptualize, document, and balance engaging gameplay mechanics and complex system designs for Pitch Masters and K-Tech President Simulator.
- Required: Strong design theory knowledge, excellent documentation skills, and system-level thinking.
- Voice Actors (All Ranges):
- Description: Provide high-quality voice-over work for our games and potentially for testing and improving our K-TTS application.
- Required: Professional-grade recording equipment, demonstrated ability to portray various character types/accents.
III. Business & Operations Roles
- Marketing / PR / Social Media Manager:
- Description: Develop and execute marketing strategies, manage our presence on platforms like YouTube and Twitter, and handle public relations to build the K-tech brand.
- Required: Proven social media expertise, strong communication skills, and strategic thinking in digital marketing.
- Financial Accountant:
- Description: Establish and manage the studio's financial records, budgeting, and prepare for future payment and salary transitions.
- Required: Formal training or experience in accounting/finance, knowledge of industry-specific financial practices is a plus.
- Legal Counsel (Lawyer):
- Description: Advise the studio on legal matters related to IP, contracts, hiring, and compliance as we grow into a major entity.
- Required: Experience or strong knowledge base in business law, particularly concerning digital products/intellectual property.
Studio Structure & Workflow
We operate as a fully remote, asynchronous team. We value clear, organized communication over scheduled meetings (no voice/video calls required).
- Communication: All daily discussions and team interaction happen via Discord (text-only, threaded channels).
- Version Control: All code and major project assets are managed through our GitHub Organization.
- Organization: We will use Notion or a similar tool for all long-form documentation (GDDs, policies, roadmaps).
Compensation & Growth
This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an ambitious studio with a clear path to professional compensation.
- Initial Structure: This will start as a Revenue Share (Rev-Share) position, guaranteeing a stake in the success of the launched project.
- Transition Plan: We are committed to transitioning successful Rev-Share contributors into a Salary/Upfront Payment structure as soon as the studio secures necessary funding or hits key monetization milestones. Your commitment will be rewarded.
