Really enjoyed this! Excellent atmosphere, and intriguing gameplay (I got stuck on the "not all paths level"). The music worked quite well (I could have used a touch more bass in some moments), and was essential in establishing the atmosphere, so it made it REALLY disappointing when it cut out for me on the last level.
Thank you for playing! I'm sorry that bug happened to you and the music stopped, glad you enjoyed the music until it lasted :)
I had to quit to increase text speed. Still feels too slow, and not skippable, but the music compensates.
I accept that slowness as a common theme; levels require patience and pacing. Well done on that last level, I'm beaten by it.
Quite an original idea, in that we have vertical physics except by the hole, which uses a black hold physics to offer a putting green feel, all-in-one shot.
Nice puzzle game! Like the simplistic style.
Fantastic! Great puzzle game!
This is one of those games that make me go: Wow! I wish I'd thought of that! A simple but stupendous interpretation of the theme. I particularly love the freedom in tackling levels—I was able to solve the last one in what I believe to be an unintended way. And regarding the text speed, I don't actually mind. My main complaint? I wish there was more!!
I'll also like to give a few suggestions, like:
- Allowing mouse click to shoot the ball (I get that this might interfere with the block switching mechanic, though)
- Adding a faint radius around the goal to show its gravitational reach.
- Audio!
Anyway, good job y'all! I really liked this one in its core. Reminds me of some games I've made previously myself.
Thank you for playing! I made all the audio part and I'm curious what do you mean exactly for audio in the suggestions? There's a bug and for some reason some sounds won't play or work properly
I believe that might be it! There just felt like a lack of audio in some parts, yes.
Enjoyed the vibe of this one, well done.
The sound design was really nice but could have benefitted from some light ambience to bridge some of the longer silences
The black UI box doesn't work properly in fullscreen:
The first few levels were promising but I dislike the focus on precision, it took away from the puzzle aspect that it required so many tries to aim it exactly right.
Very valid criticism, glad you like the first few!
The black box UI fix should be deployed soon.
