A very fun game. My one suggestion would be to give the player more incentive to place a medium number of blocks, as opposed to just filling the map with blocks or trying to place no blocks at all. Maybe if each map came with a finite inventory of blocks, or if there were areas on the map where blocks simply could not be placed, that would do it.
But, it was enjoyable enough that I felt the need to play all the way through 10 levels, even if I was starting to get a bit impatient by the end.
If only I could strategically place bouncy blocks when I golfed, I may actually play more! Or at all,,,
Fun idea, reminds me of some old flash games with a similar premise. Wish I had some angle blocks to have a bit more control over where I was sending the ball. Cool project though, well done!
This was a very unique game idea and I really enjoyed it. Something that could have helped a lot is to draw the trajectory of the last ball to help guide the player on where they might want to place blocks.
Cool level design, I like the addition of placing blocks as a mechanic. Was fun to try to complete levels with minimum blocks possible.
The clouds looked really nice, for this time of year.
I liked the novel twist of using blocks to bring this above your typical pitch and putt.
The arrow on the ball was too small, and the instructions could have been more concise. On second reading, I see what you mean by click and drag boxes now. Haven't needed R and T yet. It would be better if you saved progress so I could take a break.
Music was good, and the level design was well thought out.
