Hi, so I took on a big challenge for this game jam which was to make my first 3D game even though I'm still new to Blender and even newer to the 3D side of Godot. And after 5 days I realized making all the models from scratch, even learning how to animate a character walking in blender is so much more time consuming then I thought it was. Also not to mention the pains of learning how to properly implement it into Godot with textures and also learning about lighting and collisions.
BUT: Basically the game was going to be about going outside where the air is toxic and you only have a limited (finite quantity) amount of time to explore to find enough rations to be able to move on from the location (freedom).
I am not going to be able to finish it in time for it to feel completed (heck all you can do right now is just explore and walk around lol).
So I was wondering, should I even post this and submit it still? Should I even post it even if it's not finished and barely has any gameplay yet?
Here's footage of basically what it looks like right now with music made by me too:
