How did you implement the Theme?
Rudolph's nose was lit up, guiding you through the night. You had until SunUp to complete the challenge. Whenever you collected a bell, you would light up a section of the town (or not!)

How did you add the Special Object?
The Special Object was the Bell. The bells were scattered throughout the map, the only way to beat the game is to find all the bells (once you find them, you can just fly around town, we didn't get to a full endgame in time but wanted you to explore anyway).

You had to find nine bells, one for each reindeer.

This was fun, i played a few days ago, so i had to replay today as there was so many entries!

The flying reindeer mechanics were pretty well done and controlled way more smoothly than I expected. I kinda disagree about the timer being unesesary since it adds more of a challenge to the game. Great stuff overall!

Had a blast playing with flight, also timer feels  unnesesary, only makes player anxious about not finding all bells, gj!

Thank yoU! I did have to add some form of pressure into the game, so that mechanic came around time. Had there been a bit more world design time, I would have done a 'bonus round' of shooting presents into houses OR 'opposing forces' messing with your run.

The flight mechanic and the reindeer were very impressive, especially when hitting slopes and the ground. The game was good, but I think it was too big to made in just one week. If it had more time, then it would have really shined.  It's really impressive considering the time-frame though. Well done guys!

Thanks! The controller itself wasn't too difficult, but I will admit there might have been some world-building creep. Hence the nine bells, we wanted to put a small 'christmas town suburb vibe'.

The big issue I personally had was the 3D Collider logic in Unity. That was more of the doozy, and even then it led to some bugs on the flight path.

Thankfully, we were able to center it around the goal.

I'm a lot more proud of the fact that we were all able to work on the main world scene at the same time, and have Git/Unity handle all the merge errors for us :). Lots of ping pong pushing and pulling, but we somehow managed to get two bad commits out of nearly 100.
