How did you implement the Theme?
Light acts as a win condition. You need to keep its intensity above zero, or else you loose.

How did you add the Special Object?
You need to ring a bell to light your way and move forward.

Okay. It took me a while to figure out how the gift-throwing worked, but it worked out, I think, hahaha. If there was a way to throw the gifts without using the mouse, it might be better, since I'm shaking the bell with the mouse.

Developer

This is actually the source of difficulty(mouse management, not confusing controls xd). What’s the point of game if there’s no challenge?

The game is actually quite entertaining; for some reason, it reminds me of Angry Birds, with the twist that you have to move a bell to prevent the spaceship from crashing.

P.S.: MY SPACESHIP!!!

Developer

Yup. The whole present shooting thing is an angry birds knockoff. The concept art looks almost identical to one of angry birds Star Wars levels.

Honestly i really love the idea of this game. I like how you have to balance ringing the bell for light with shooting presents. I think with some polish this could be a really good game. Great job!

Developer

Thx a lot

Good Idea, only bit of feedback was it was a little confusing at the start.

Developer

Thx! I was kinda short on time, and couldn’t make some tutorial in time.

This game was really confusing at first and it took me way too long to figure out the mechanics. I only started to understand it after checking the game’s page, which ideally I was hoping would be explained inside the game rather than outside. It’s not horrible though, and with some in-game instructions it could be much more enjoyable.

It took a long while to understand the mechanics, and I kept finding myself on the losing screen, despite getting presents into chimneys.

Pretty cool idea for a  game!

Cute art! a tutorial screen would've been nice, it took me a while to understand the core of the game

Thx! I’ve tried to explain the controls the best I could on project’ page.

Good job on the art! The mechanics were a little confusing at first lol but I got it after a bit. The game feels a bit stiff though, maybe more moving parts/parallax?

Ringing the bell to move was super fun though!

Developer

Thanks! I thought about parallax too, but xmas prep forced me to submit what I had.
