The nun is the librarian in the District > Library. Do not quote me on this but I think you have to max out Smart with her (futa) in the Library. You will then get to confess your sins to her in church (select the I cannot stop think about you option) from there you can fuck the shit out of her in the Library when ever you want. The sins option becomes a random event.
I think the guy just turns up at the public pool, and should have some share options with Anna and Norah but I have not seen anything happen with this yet.
The guide has a screenshot of Anna at the Pool, so maybe something happens eventually 馃

I appreciate it, and as for your question, I honestly have no idea, since Emma mentioned nocturnal I was actually hoping it would overlap the Astrid quest or might find something in the haunted house, but I am having enough difficulty with the Astrid quest as it is. Getting caught as soon as the quest begins.
Yeah, I was thinking that might be the case. Also not got through Astrid's quest yet with it taking me while to figure out you shine the light in the area to fill the bar and hide when she comes close. At least I think that it how it works, it is kinda annoying you can only try on a Monday (maybe some multiple attempts tokens would be nice so you could buy with milk coins or something)
In the Haunted House, you are supposed to hide (click text or hit spacebar) when she gets close. Though when she catches you get a couple of bonus CGs so worth getting caught at least once. To get the Vampire Spit keep the light on Astrid until the bar fills up. You need to do this 3 times and after this the Vampire will show up when you return to your room. NOTE - You do not actually get Vampire Spit here I think it is a visual bug, you get it on the 4th time of completing the Haunted House.
Regardless on the 3rd completion of the Haunted House, you can then tell Emma about Astrid in the district on Tuesday, you then need to enter the Petrol Station
