Nice, simple little game! I did have to refer to a reply to one of the comments here to properly understand the UI and the intended connection to the theme, though; adding some more information in the game description and/or in a little popup at the beginning of the game might be good. Otherwise, I liked the monster designs, and the controls and loop were pretty intuitive.
Simple lil game. :>
Was a bit confused on what to do/what the goal was but figured it out eventually. :> (Reading the game description helps XD) I do like the creepy visual style but I am a bit lost on how the game connects to furries or the theme of "Silent". >v< Guess it's more of an abstract interpretation. ^^'
It's a nice arcade shooting game. I can get cornered easily in the game while trying to slowly kill the horde of enemies chasing non-stop. I love the surreal look of the menu, pretty cool game ^^
Fun survival game, really simple loop, liked the upgrade to the weapon after getting enough kills. I think I definitely missed some sound to accompany it, but it’s neat all-the-same!
Faithful recreation of the genre. Would've loved to see more audio worked into it to play with the theme.
I enjoy the wolfenstein-ish gameplay
Though the random sprites appearing on my screen for no aperant reason was kinda weird
It appears we failed to properly explain that mechanic, oops >.<
There's a "sound source" system that completely mimics the behavior of a regular audio source from the Unity engine! Instead of playing audio in your headphones, it visually shows what made the sound, and the general direction it is coming from. For example, an enemy behind or in front of you would make a "noise" that would be around the center of your screen, whilst one to the left or right is in the corresponding sections.
The game is the most basic interpretation of the theme, in which "Silence" is taken literally. No sound, only visuals to help replicate how audio helps you in a videogame (directional awareness)
