I was playing the web version on Safari and got pretty far, then it crashed and gave this alert:

InvalidStateError: Failed to execute 'transaction' on 'IDBDatabase': The database connection is closing.
```

I kept playing the game a bit and now it's happening even sooner, sometimes when I load the game. I'm on an iMac with OS Tahoe if that helps.
