Hello! I loved playing your game and thought it was so interesting the way you went with the theme.

Things I liked:

  • Loved the dialogue on the actors like they were helpless
  • the interludes with the directors thoughts were awesome
  • The final act was a beautiful shock. Loved the ending
  • presentation was very good throughout. A month is a short time to make a game and to have a complete one, even submitted late, is impressive.

There was really only 1 thing that bothered me:

  • It felt like act 2 needed more control than I had to complete. I didn’t understand how the puppets would move and it made the section a tad frusterating. It wasn’t unplayable I Just got stuck for longer than I’d like to admit lol.

Great game and thank you for letting me play it. You did awesome :)

Hi! Thanks so much for your review and the wonderful compliments!

Since it’s a QWOP-like game, the controls are meant to be weird, but I didn’t make explicit instructions, so I hoped it was clear/intuitive enough. Act 2 has more room to properly explore the controls, but I do agree that Act 2 is more annoying. I just really got used to testing it over and over.

I've updated the game to reach Act 2's win condition a little easier.

Thanks for the feedback, I'm glad you enjoyed my game!
