I thought it was fun and polished, but I feel like the jumping was a little janky cause you couldn't double jump immediately

Switching masks was a good implementation. Sound was good. Graphics were simple, but not bad.  Player getting stuck on the wall was a bit annoying though.

This was a great idea! I really liked swapping between the double jump mask and the walljump mask mid-air to do tricky jumps haha, wish there was more levels in this game so I could parkour more!! Maybe in the future you could do an "angry mask" which allows you to dash or something

Developer

Funny enough, the angry mask that lets you dash was literally in the code and planned, but I just didnt have the time to implement it lol

This is a cool idea! I like the storyidea of you finding different sentient masks to help you both escape. I feel like the controls need some work though. The player gets stuck on walls, and I think the jump works in the opposite way it's supposed to. Like if you hold the space bar, you would expect to go up more before falling, and when you just tap it you start falling quicker, it seems like this is reversed in your game, which felt unnatural. I liked the little detail of the lamps swinging if you touched them. All in all, great job! :D

yeah my controls are. Not great lol. I had the most ideas in terms of world and tho i had to scale it back a lot it (along with SOME of the art) is what I think I did the best here. My controls were pretty rough tho. ...Maybe next time I'll get actually good controls lol
