Choosing the puppets and the spider as a premise is a distinctive creative decision on reinventing of non-traditional, challenging control games, and makes an imaginative and elegant take that almost effortlessly honors the theme. The art and music, combined with the game’s distinctive tone, give it a kind of casual elegance.

I even find the four-legged spider symbolically interesting and deep, as if it suggests that the two players are only small parts of a larger whole… 

Cute! Trying to think how to make the control more accessible. I dig the idea of having it wonky/unpredictable and physical, as it's proven fun in party games (like the stick figure game on NS). This lacks of instintive control that I could mentally map to the actions, though.  Even as easy as having it be WASD (A, D for legs and WS for pull and shoot ) and arrow keys would make so much more sense for me.

I really enjoy the marionette aesthetics! The art is lovely, and the gameplay is pretty neat :)

Maybe a health bar could help with clarity? Though 3 hits is fairly easy to keep track of.
