Creative Vision / Rationale / How Did You Incorporate the Theme
I interpreted the image as a bridge between two worlds. A plane is a bridge between land and sky and I ended up creating a game centred around high action flight.

A good feeling of flying. Interesting mechanics. Good job!

The overall design is stunning! It takes real courage to go for a 3D game within such a limited time—that's really impressive! I died super fast though hahaha! (That’s definitely a skill issue on my part).

Would have loved controller support but understanding time constraints and that aside, great game. The folder intro/menu was a super slick touch. Cheers!

Pretty good for a game jam! I had a difficult time with the controls but am impressed anyways.

amazing HUD! and the plane flying so realistic, I tried to attack the cargo first times, then I realize I should protect it.

btw The web build is pretty lagging( loading or attacking would stop running a few seconds)

The visual design for the game is very cohesive, from the game to the menus it all says "your a fighter pilot". The web build didn't run that well (which isn't really your fault, its just the type of game that's going to struggle on web). I think it would have been neat if there was controller support so I could use a joystick to fly instead of the arrow keys. Congrats on your entry.

That's amazing...

Thanks for playing! I spent a lot of time on it. What high score did you get?

Really interesting game idea. I would have liked the controls and intro again after i died in the first 5 seconds lmao (skill issue), but overall a creative idea. The game crashed while I was firing but what I got to play I enjoyed.

Thanks for playing! I'm glad you enjoyed what you played. I unfortunately ran out of time to make a tutorial for the game which I have been discovering is very necessary for anyone who hasn't played any similar games. I also was going to put the controls after dying but forgot to before i submitted so that's my fault lol.

Game is a blast! Nostalgia to back playing Ace Combat or any of those games on PS1 or PS2. Got hold of the controls after a few runs. All the indicators and UI look slick. Love all the vapor trails and missile blasts. Like most air combat games the left trigger feels useless. But the missiles, and phase shift and controls really feel pretty great! Really great job creating this!

Great job on adding leaderboards.

Thanks for playing! Ace Combat was definitely an inspiration for this game. It was difficult to find a control scheme that felt good for playtesters, but I tried to base it off of similar types of games. I'm glad you enjoyed it, I spent a lot of time perfecting the feel of the game.
